The customer applied the TLV62130 to two products with different input voltages(5V, 12V).
Product_1) Vin=5V: No problem
Product_2) Vin=12V: The IC dead due to a progressive failure.
In other words, there was no problem when applied to a product with a 5V input voltage. However, when applied to a product with a 12V input voltage, the IC would die after operating normally.
I would like to request a schematic and a PCB review to see if there is a circuit problem.
(For the circuit diagram, I want to deliver it behind closed doors. Please let me know how.)
