TPS22991: Turn-off control error

Hello,

My customer used TPS22991s as below for supply control of 1.2V and 3.3V.

They have an issue where only the 3.3V power output control does not work properly when controlling the on/off of the TPS22991s.

   1. Below is an image capturing the on/off control line and the 1.2V and 3.3V outputs.

       Only the 3.3V output was not blocked when the control line was Low. 1.2V output control is normal.

           

    2. They tried removing the 3.3V load (FB37, FB38 NC), but the 3.3V output control is still abnormal.

           

Please advise on the cause of this symptom and how to debug it.

    Hello JH,

    What kind of load is connected to U60? Is *it only capacitive?

    Please ask customer to check with some resistive load at output. This is to check if switch is working and output caps are discharged through external load.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The customer tried increasing the load by adding a 470 ohm resistor instead of the output 0.1uF, but the symptom was the same as below.
