Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74900
Tool/software:
Hello, we got a request that the board need dual input from KL30. We plan to use LM74900 to perform a redundant design. According to the reference design from TI, the divider resistor of OV PIN of AUX is connected to the primary input, that will cause the divider resistor always has a power consumption even the system go to sleep mode. To solve this problem we got an idea that connect the divider of AUX OV PIN to the SW PIN of primary input, then if the microprocessor pull down the EN PIN, the divider will not have a power. And we connect the VS PIN together as a always on input to power the PMIC, all the other circuit is powered after the disconnector. Can you help to review if the design is OK or not?
