LM5177：Is LM5177 suitable for such design conditions?

It seems that you are searching for 2 different output voltages, so I would recommend using the best IC for VCC and possibly another best IC for VBL.

LM51770 is able to create both output voltages, but for the given voltage and power ratings, possibly 2 devices from the TPS55 family might be the better solution.

May I know the mass production date for these two projects?

For Group1, the TPS55289 which is I2C programmable buck-boost converter is recommended.

For Group2, currently the release Buck-boost converter can only support up to 22V output voltage. For higher Vout application, LM5177 is more recommended.

1. If the TPS55289 is used for the first VCC output voltage, can a single output inductor achieve 3.3V/5V/10V/12V?

2. Can the LM5177 use an MCU to generate a PWM signal to adjust the output voltage based on the duty cycle? As shown below.

The VBL output voltage is adjustable between 12 and 24 V. Is this voltage set to provide the panel backlight voltage?

Any other IC recommendations?

We plan to start mass production in three months.

For question1, do you need multiple outputs with single device? If so, TPS55289 can' support. TPS55289 is buck-boost device which can be programmable via I2C so the output voltage can also be programmed through I2C registers.

For question2, I will loop LM5177 expert to answer this.

For Question 1, the device allows adjustment of the output voltage to 3.3V, 5V, 10V, or 12V. Since a power supply typically includes an output inductor, the question is whether a single output inductor can be applied effectively across all four voltage settings
