LM5148-Q1: Ven tripping point and hysteresis

can you please confirm that for a given device and constant temperature the Ven "on" and Ven "off" should be the same ? I have a customer that sees 1.008V in one direction and 950mV in the other. Ven isnt affected by the hysteretic current as it is flowing through no resistor, right?

Hi Olivier,

There is likely a 50mV voltage hysteresis. I will confirm.

Thanks for fast quick first response. Not necessary an issue with my custoemr as they are looking for about 50mV hysteresis, but apparently datasheet is wrong and customer needs to justify their design in the coming days. I'll loop you in the customer communication ( some of it is in French ) as I'll be traveling the next 7 days and the customer cant wait.

I will verify it's 50mV, but yes looks like it's unpublished.
