When device enable, The PWM duty cycle default is 0% no current at this time, you can set the MC to 10mA after device enable.

BTW, The default value for CC and DC is 50%, So default Iout = 15mA * 50% * 50%.

My understanding is you want to control the LED by analog dimming only, so the duty cycle for PWM should be 100%. Otherwise the current for each channel is not continuous.
