TPS552882: The load current cannot reach 5A

Hi expert

The schematic diagram is as follows.

I have used TPS552882 to make a circuit with an input of 22V and an output of 19V. R187 has been modified to 0.005Ω. The theoretical design is for 10A. However, during debugging, I found a problem that the load current can never reach 5A, with the maximum current being 4A. Is there a problem with the schematic diagram? Please give me some suggestions.

    Hi,

    Please short R185 by solder, this is a power trace, don't use 0R resistor here.

    If no improvement, from your schematic, only R187 and R204 affect current limit. Please try to short R187 and change R204 to 20k to see if any improvement.
