Hi Marc,
1. You can estimate the values of the pullup resistor (ROH) and the pulldown resistor (ROL) can be derived for both the high level and low level output voltages. VHOH and VHOL are used for the high side, and VLOH and VLOL are used for the low side. See below:
For example,
RHOH_max = 0.4/100mA = 4Ω
RHOL_max = 0.42/100mA = 4.2Ω
2. The Qrr is dependent on the current at the time of reverse recovery and can vary greatly depending on the system. It can be difficult to calculate the boot diode's power dissipation. A good approximation for this is to calculate the average current through the diode during operation. This can be calculated from Iavg_HB = Fsw * Qg_mosfet. This, with the dynamic resistance (Rd, found in datasheet) can approximate the power losses by Pdiode = (I_avgHB)^2 * Rd.
If the system is built, one can use IVDD measurements to get a more accurate calculation for the power loss. This measurement would also include loses from reverse recovery, which are not able to be accounted in the above calculation, and cannot be calculated without clear knowledge of the system.
Please let us know if you need additional support.
Best,
