UCC14131-Q1: Layout guideline for 5KVrms test

Hi team,

For 5KVrms HiPot test, the distance b/w Primary-side and secondary-side need 15mm. 

In customer board, the remain distance is only 11mm. Could you let us know what's recommendation on board design can overcome this question?

    The limitation is the distance across the UCC14131-Q1 package which is only ~8mm. You can only increase the creepage distance by adding a slot into the pcb. Refer to the drawing below, where the blue line represents the primary to secondary pin distance of the IC package (8mm) but the PCB slot needs to be long enough to make the red line 15mm in your case.
