Tool/software:
We have a design where Pins 11, 12, 16, and 17 have been left unconnected. I just reviewed TI's design documentation, and I see that pins 11 and 12 should connect to pin 14 and pins 16 and 17 are supposed to connect to Pin 19. If these pins (11,12,16,17) are left unconnected as in our design, what type of problems will our system have?
