Thanks, Sarah. Does the gold plating thickness specified in this document also apply to NiPdAu leads? The 50-225 micro-inches stated in the document seems a bit high for this plating configuration.

Hi Andrew,

Apologies, I had assumed you were discussing the TPS7A4501-SP which is a space grade hermetic part with NiAu plating. TPS7A4501DCQR is not rated or qualified for use in the radiation environment of space.

For that class of parts, this document would apply.
