Hi, may I ask, what could cause the CTOS and IN flags to be set during charging?
I check the TRM which suggested the CTOS was related to a charge timeout. Is the setting for this under "CTO" in the data memory? If so I have it set to 14400s, which is well in excess of the roughly 45mins it took for charging to stop and CTOS to be set.
The IN flag seems related to an overtemperature condition? Yet my log file shows the protection limits I've set, were not exceeded?
Charging resumes automatically after about 15 mins in this condition.
I tried raising the OTC threshold and it made no difference, shutting off at roughly the same SoC upon the next time I tried a full recharge.
I decreased my charge rate from about 6.5A to around 5A, and this also made little difference.
I'm happy to send log and data memory files directly, however I'd prefer not to attach them in a forum. Please advise if there's a way I can send them privately.
