My customer is currently designing and testing a FET drive circuit using TI's gate driver "UCC27531DBV" (SOT-23-6 package).

According to the datasheet, the signal inputs (VIN_H/VIN_L) for this device are as follows:

Inquiry:
Is there any product that is pin-compatible (mounting-compatible) with the UCC27531DBV (SOT-23-6), and also supports input signals (VIN_H, VIN_L) of 5V or higher?
If such a product exists, could you please provide the model number or relevant information?

Hi Kyohei-san,

We have the UCC27532, which uses CMOS input threshold technology. VIN_H threshold is 55% of VDD, and VIN_L threshold is 45% of VDD. The customer needs to set their VDD bias supply to 11.2V or higher to achieve their minimum requirements for (VIN_H, VIN_L) to be 5V or higher. For VDD = 11.2V, then VIN_H = 6.16V and VIN_L = 5.04V
