We have found an issue with TPS65137ASDSCR regarding this chip, which is that when unloaded, the output positive and negative voltages are correct, but when connected to a screen load, both positive and negative voltages disappear. What could be the possible reason for this ？
Yellow is VCC, green is ELVDD
