Tool/software:

We tried the simulations using UCC28C40 example model and modified as per the typical application design schematic of UCC28C42 document.. We observed that simulation results are not getting appropriate, we are not able to understand what is the error can you please help us to solve the issue specially we observed that VPWM is not coming properly.

Hi,

It looks your transformer polarities are not correct for flyback. You need to correct the polarities and re-try.

When U8 turns on the secondary-side should not see voltage to turn on D13 and D16, but yours do.

If this is a forward then you missing the output inductors.
