TXU0104: spec check

Hello Gareth,

I2C is bidirectional while TXU only supports uni-directional signals. 

The ETA part looks similar to the TXS0104E. I couldn't verify pinout but TXS and ETA both support QFN (2.0mm x1.7mm) package.
