Hi Power Management team, I have a customer that is developing a new USB-C source/sink design. They have given me some project details. In these details they are not planning to use a battery charger. They are just using the part for USB-C negotiations and power transfer. Their main question is whether the TPS25751D can be used in a design that does not include a battery charger. The datasheet heavily emphasizes battery charging applications and doesn't explicitly mention standalone power sources.
