I am developing a controller board to be used in a 48V automotive system.
The normal input range of a 48V system is 36V to 54V, making it difficult to select a TVS diode for surge protection.
I'm having trouble finding a suitable TVS diode to use with TI's LMR36503-Q1 DCDC converter.
Could you suggest a suitable TVS diode or other method for surge protection?
Alternatively, if there's a DC/DC converter with an input range of up to 80 V, there seem to be many options for selecting a TVS diode. Do you have any DC/DC converter recommendations?
I want a product that outputs 5V or 3.3V and has a maximum current consumption of 0.3A.
