My customer is using BQ27Z746 for BMS.
My customer already programming the protector configuration in protector hardware registers before test on PCB board, but during test board, they found some protector configuration was modified in some devices, did you encounter this symptom before? what factors will lead to this issue?
Below I show the protector configuration which is modified and which is not modified.

NOT modified and keep customer's correct configuration
