TPS3851: tRST is significantly lower than mentioned in datasheet

Hi,

 I'm measuring Low Output duration on WDO pin (tRST) of TPS3851 with following circuit arrangement:

Expected Low pulse on WDO pin should be approx. 200ms of low pulse but instead I'm getting only 124ms of low pulse.

What could be the cause? tRST is NOT configurable in any way so why only 120ms of duration I'm seeing instead of 200ms? Would appreciate your valuable feedback on this. Thanks.

    Hi Vishrut, 

    Could you please let me know have you ever tried with another sample to understand if this behavior repeats with the IC?

    What is causing the output to assert in the above oscilloscope picture? Is it UV fault or watchdog timing fault? Do you know are they both 120ms?
