Hi expert,
Customer is evaluating LM7310, TPS25948, and TPS22916CN for the below test setup providing low Rds parallel path for the load:
They have tested LM7301 and TPS25948 and they work well, but with TPS22916CN or other load switches, they see an issue where the input voltage does not discharge:
With the ideal diode, customer sees the input voltage discharging almost immediately:
Would you help provide further description on how the internal RCB block work for the load switch? They have also tried giving input enable resistor divider to give some discharge path, but it still doesn’t discharge.
