BQ27Z746: Why, in my schematic diagram, the BAT_SN and BAT_SP pins are not being used, but the BCN or BCP still gets triggered?

I have some doubts now. I didn't use the BAT_SP and BAT_SN pins, but still triggered BCN or BCP. Why did this happen? If BCN is triggered, if I don't pay attention to it, will it affect the accuracy of the battery? And if I want to eliminate BCN or BCP, how should I operate? Please help me answer this question.
