BQ25756E: Is connection to TS pin required in software mode?

The TS pin of this IC i am selecting the divider for the thermistor .when i change the value to 65 its showing DIV error . In EVB there is a default divider available how is this calculated and under what conditions
Will this part support 65 ?

The design calculator is based off of equations 6 and 7 in the datasheet:
Please check the math with using these equations.
Additionally, we recommend a 10k NTC thermistor. This looks like a 1k thermistor.
