We are using a 4S1P pack designed with BQ40Z50-r1.
In this we have noticed that CUVC bit has been enabled but the battery voltage is 15V.This prevents the battery from charging and Discharging.
But in Enable Protection B, I have not enabled the CUVC bit ,then how the fault has been triggered at this voltage level 3.9V/cell.
After sometime i enabled the CUVC bit and Disable the CUV_recovery bit in protection configuration, The CUVC bits get cleared and battery charges .
Suggest some steps to resolve the fault at the and to get charged the battery.
