TPS2490: TPS2490 gate control oscillates

Hello! I need help!

I have 3-chanel switch, based on TPS2490DGS part. 2 channels are ok (gate control shuts off) and on the third one gate control signal oscillates with 400us if I test short cut protection. Mosfet burns true.What is wong?

Mosfet: 2xSQJQ184E (with back current protection), dv/dt RC 1k/100nF, timer C=2.2nF, Vref resistors - 220k/27k, shunt R=3mR, max.current 16A

Thanks for reaching out. Is there a series resistance between the controller gate pin and the MOSFET gate pin? Please share your schematic.

Yes, there are 10ohm resistanse

Please increase the value of R29PS to 20Ω and add a 100nF ceramic capacitor on the EN pin to GND and see the performance.

Yes, the small ceramic capacitor 10nF on the EN pin to GND solved the problem! It works fine now! Thank you!
