When no units are listed we generally mean for you to use the base units.
So a 300 uF resistor would be 3*10^-6 F

ROUT is your VOUT/IOUT.
I would suggest using the highest IOUT you expect.

what about equation 68, how to interpret the value if the attenuation ? 
regarding output filter caps, this should be adjusted based on the design ? any ballpark to start from ?

Hey Mohamed,

Attenuation is a unit of decrease and increase of magnitude.
You would apply it to the original noise and then go from there.

Output capacitors are generally picked based on how much variation you allow for during load transients.
Each design is unique.

I would suggest looking at power stage designer for help on some initial values.

I did the calculations as you said and I got that the peaking will happen at 4e10 KHz, which does not seem reasonable at all. 
I have Cout=3mF Cer=1 uF Lf=50 nH. I got Rf= 1,58 ohm. 
what went wrong ?

I found out that there is a missing square root in the equation that is listed.
