Hi,

Please help me obtain the VIH, VIL, VOH, and VOL specifications for the USB I/Os DM_IN, DM_OUT, DP_IN, and DP_OUT, as these details are not available in the datasheet.

This is intended for I/O noise margin analysis.

    Hi Akhil,

    TPS254900-Q1 will not do any logic calculation based on DPDM, these two data lines just pass through the device. Please refer to "8.2 Functional Block Diagram" in the datasheet.

    Since there's nothing to judge if the logic is high or low, the datasheet provides no information about VIH, VIL, VOH, and VOL. The I/O noise margin analysis might not be applicable for this device but for the upstream/ downstream units.
