I am using the TPS7B8750-Q1 to power a MAX14878AWA+ isolated CAN transceiver. I have had 3 instances where the TPS7B8750-Q1 from what appears to be an over current condition resulting in thermal damage to the part. I have tried to relocate this issue on the bench but I haven't been able to. I have attached images below of the failed parts and the schematic for the parts in question. I'm hoping to get some insights on how the TPS7B8750-Q1 is being damaged.
