What are the main differences between TPS4800-Q1 and TPS4810-Q1? Also, do both support bidirectional current detection function

    Hi Cao,

    Neither have a current monitoring pin. The TPS4810-Q1 has dual gate drive functionality and can support bidirectional current flow with back-to-back FETs but protection is only in one direction. For current monitoring, an INA device across the RSNS resistor can be used. The TPS4812-Q1 has bidirectional current monitoring.

    Thanks. The tps4800-q1 can also achieve back-to-back common-source MOS drive, but it can only be turned off and on simultaneously. In addition, for the OV,UVLO, and SCP protections of the tps4800, they are all notified through FLT. Could you please recommend any specific methods or solutions to distinguish these three protect source.
