I would like to confirm whether a de‑glitch time is applied to the I(OL) rating of the TPS2662.
During an overload, after what duration of the output current exceeding I(OL) does the internal tCL(dly) timer trigger?
My customer is concerned that a ripple current from the upstream DC‑DC converter connected to the TPS2662, which momentarily exceeds I(OL), might be detected as an over‑current condition.
Because it is currently unclear whether this detection occurs, they have configured the device so that even the peak ripple current is not treated as an over‑current, but we would like to verify if it could trigger.
