Tool/software:
I've encountered an issue where the burst soft off doesn't end.
Please refer to the attached diagram.
ch1:Switching FET-Vgs, ch2:Switching FET-Vds, ch3:ISNS, ch4:FB
The conditions are Vout=24V, Iout=1.4mA, BMTL/BMTH Ratio Programing is Option4.
After switching more than 40 times, it continues to switch at the burst soft off frequency.
In some cases, this abnormal switching continued for a very long time.
Why does this issue occur?
