Hi Team U78M, My Customer reports:
Post-PCN we are seeing some differences in operation – specifically more oscillation at the regulator output for the newer devices (post-PCN). The pre-PCN devices do not exhibit this oscillation, so we are trying to understand the reasons for this change in behavior of the device. Although we can get rid of the oscillations by increasing the voltage regulator input pin capacitor value, we need to understand the requirement to make this value change. We would like to see the “equivalent circuit diagram” for the UA78M33CDCYR both pre-PCN and post-PCN. Can this please be provided?
