TPS51206: VTTREF, VTT ramp up timing

Hello,

Our customer has a question about VTTREF, VTT ramp up characteristics.

Does VTTREF and VTT ramp up as same timing as VLDOIN and VDDQSNS ramping up, though RC filter circuit  on VDDQSNS input makes some delay time.

    Hello,

    VTTREF ramp up begins after S5 is pulled HIGH

    The VTT ramp up is started by S3 being pulled HIGH

    I would expect the ramp up timing to be similar to this if you have S5 and S3 pulled HIGH before applying main power. VLDOIN needs to be above the VTT target voltage (with a bit of margin for LDO drop) before you will see proper regulation so if you are ramping up everything at once there may be a bit of a hiccup to the ramp up as the internal comparators are biased. VTTREF should follow the VDDQSNS timing once main power is applied.

    I would recommend following the datasheet timing for the smoothest ramp up waveforms.
