    Hi Gregory,

    I don't fully understand. If the maximum twd is 55ms in EC table, why do you list 500ms in table 7-1?

    Is it feasible that customer set R(ROSC) to 400k ohm?

    Hi Peter,

    The specified limits for twd depend on the value of R_(ROSC), I hope the table below helps clarify:

    R_(ROSC) Condition Qualitative Difference Tolerance
    R_(ROSC) = 20kΩ  Specified in terms of absolute ms
    FSEL=LOW: 9-11ms
    FSEL=HIGH: 45-55ms
    20kΩ ≤ R_(ROSC) ≤100kΩ Specified in terms of percent error of whatever precise value ROSC happens to be -10% - 10%
    R_(ROSC) > 100kΩ Not guaranteed by the Electrical Characteristics table, but expect this tolerance -15% - 15%

    Note that the first two conditions (ms and ±10% are effectively the same at R_(ROSC)=20kΩ anyways)

    It is feasible that the customer set R_(ROSC) to 400kΩ, however the tolerance for any value past 200kΩ would be considered unspecified.
