BQ24620: Struggling to get batteries to charge

I have been working on this since my last post, the schematic is below. This charger is set to charge at 300mA to 14.6 volts. I have a 4S1P pack attached to this charger. The two lines coming in from the left is our 24VDC and our GND, the line exiting to the right leads to the battery pack.

The status of the charger is blinking, and I am not sure why it is in a fault. Please let me know any steps to take or considerations I may have missed. All my values were chosen using the design calculator I downloaded from the product page.

Hello Bryan,

Last time we spoke, you mentioned you were getting the EVM. Did you get the EVM to work?

Have you tried replacing R12 and R11 to match EVM?

I did get the EVM board, however I have not tried that, the calculator gave me drastically different values for those components. Do you know the voltage range of TS that allows continuous operation? I can just add in a resistor in place of the thermistor for now to eliminate that variable.

I just tried replacing R9 and R10 to 10k and 470k to be similar to the EVM board. I replaced my thermistor with a 10k resistor to mimic room temperature always, and still get the blinking light. Any more thoughts?
