How is the charge pump used inside the device?

If the charge pump is lower than the recommended voltage range (< 1.5V), how does the circuit respond?

Hi Brendan

Below recommended voltage range (< 1.5V), the internal control circuit does not get properly biased. So, we expect the device to keep driver in OFF state
