Hello, the datasheet recommend to use a single bidirectional TVS for 60V MOSFET, and two unidirectional TVS connected back-back for 40V MOSFET? What is the reason for two unidirectional TVS? Can you explain?

Hi Zhou,

When using 40V rated FETs. We would recommend using 2 unidirectional TVS in back-to-back configuration as shown below.
