BQ2962: The impact of mercury‑lamp/LED ultraviolet illumination on 2nd protector.

CosMX plans to use an new adhesive that requires curing with either a mercury lamp or an LED UV lamp. Please confirm whether the following irradiation conditions will affect the currently used 2nd protection ICs (BQ2962, BQ2969). If any packaging types might be impacted, kindly let us know as well.

Irradiation conditions are as follows:

1. Curing with a high‑pressure mercury lamp or an electrodeless lamp applied vertically, delivering an energy dose of 1500–3000 mJ/cm².
2. Alternatively, curing with a 365 nm LED UV lamp applied vertically, delivering an energy dose of 15000–25000 mJ/cm².
3. The illumination time is approximately 20–30 seconds.
