LM34926: LM34926 DC-DC converter.

Greetings, I hope you are doing well.

We are currently working on an EV design, and in our hardware we require an isolated DC-DC converter with the following specifications:

  • Input voltage: greater than 75 V

  • Output voltage: 12 V

  • Topology: Full-Bridge, Half-Bridge, Forward, or LLC

We have checked your website and found suitable controller ICs, but we could not find the corresponding transformers. We need your support in recommending controller ICs along with compatible transformers that are available in the market. Could you please share the relevant part numbers with us?

    Hello Priyanka,

    Thank you for reaching out. What is your load current?   Do you only need a single isolated 12V output rail, or you have more output rails by this dc-dc converter?

    Good to hear from you. Please find the key requirements for your reference:

    1. Input voltage: 84 V

    2. Output voltage: 12 V

    3. Maximum output power: 400 W

    4. Maximum output current: 30 A

    5. Isolation is required

    Hi Priyanka,

    You power level of 400W is well beyond LM34926's capability.  It is usually used for <10W.  

    Please post under a subject line of "full bridge dc-dc converter" and your post will be guided to the responsible engineer.  Sorry our product line do not have a solution for you, but TI's other product lines have.

    Again, thank you for reaching.  I believe you will get a design proposal soon after you posting under "full bridge dc-dc converter".
