Hi team，

Pls help to confirm the SW reverse current ，since the DS don‘t mentioned.

The LMR604X0 manual does not define the allowable SW negative voltage value. Can you help me see if the results we measured based on EVM are acceptable, or if you can provide a rated value?

    Hello Alan

    For LMR60430-Q1, short negative excursions on the SW node are expected due to parasitics and body diode recovery. The device can tolerate brief undershoot (≈ –2 V, <50 ns) but continuous SW below –0.3 V should be avoided. Reverse current is limited by the low-side FET/diode and is acceptable as part of normal switching, but not for sustained conduction. Your EVM results look consistent with expected behavior.
