I would like to confirm whether, in the scenario below, the error logged in the register retains its value after fault recovery or gets cleared.
Scenario 1
1. LBIST failed on the first attempt during power-up.
2. The PMIC sets the BIST_FAIL_INT bit and initiates an orderly shutdown.
3. The PMIC transitions to safe recovery mode, followed by initialization (INIT).
4. LBIST is performed again and passes successfully.
5. After LBIST passes in the previous step, does the BIST_FAIL_INT bit remain set, or is it cleared automatically?
Scenario 2
Similarly, if a 'CRC on register map' check fails on the first attempt but passes on the next attempt after an orderly shutdown,
will the error logged in the REG_CRC_ERR_INT bit remain set, or will it be cleared?"
