I have a question regarding LMG1205HBEVM. I want to use it as a half-bridge converter. My application specs is VDC_link=10 V, fsw=800kHz and Irms= 46 Arms.
The used FETs are EPC2001C. However in the User Guide, The maximum current has stated to be 10A.
I was wondering this is with or without heat-sink or air-cooled fans? Is there a way so that I add heatsink or fan and pus output current of converter to 65Arms?
If not, should I use this reference design and customize it for my application? what are the important consideration in your mind regarding my specs (VDC_link=10 V, fsw=800kHz and Irms= 46 Arms)?
