Hi, I have been working with a few EVM kits. The BQ25703A is the best one for my design based on component count and simplicity and I just received the EVM board. When going through the setup and test steps, it fails the TP22 ILIM_HIZ step whereby the voltage should be 2.2 volts but I am measuring .156 volts and the charger won't begin charging. Battery voltage is well below threshold and should trigger the charge cycle. I have purchased and tested a few very similar TI Eval boards with no issues. The BQ25720 EVM is the most recent one and it works just fine. Perhaps the TP22 low voltage is a clue?
