UCC27301A: Analog Control Integrated Half-bridge Driver

Hi Team,

Do we have analog control integrated half-bridge driver? Similar with IFX AUIR2085S. UCC27301A need an external control.

I also discuss with customer about UCC25800 and SN6505B, but he said the application - a MOS half-bridge power supply is ~60W, so need the external MOS here.

I don't know whether there is such function device. If not, whether SN6505B can support this application?
