Is it USB2ANY Firmware Loader.exe ?

There should be a Usb2Any firmware loader in the GUI. Please use this to update with the USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 file

However, it has not updated it according to the below picture.

It seems the current USB2ANY firmware is unloaded, there is a chance it is either unloaded or broken. You can check with the official USB2ANY's most current SW to see if that can be used to load. However, if the device is broken, it is advised to find a new USB2ANY.
