I'm trying to use the TPS61088 as an LED driver with a single 18650 lithium ion battery with a voltage range from 3V-4.2V. I'm driving two 3V LEDs in series between 300mA and 1.5A, and I have a 30mohm low side sense resistor and I'm measuring the voltage across it with a non-inverting op-amp and running it into the feedback pin of the regulator. It was my understanding the regulator would drive the output to regulate the voltage at the FB pin to 1.204V. I'm not seeing that. My notes are in the image. I pulled the passive component values from the TI Webench. If you need scope views from any node I can provide them.
