Tool/software:
As I understand it, the USB standard requires no more than 10uF directly on VBUS to limit inrush current when plugging in to the host. My design will have less than 10uF directly on VBUS, however I noticed that there is an indirect path through the body diode of RBFET to the capacitors on PMID. If I use the recommended capacitance on PMID of ~40uF (as I plan on using OTG mode), will this result in excessive inrush current? Is there anything in the BQ25895 that provides inrush limiting?
Thanks.
