Dear TI experts,
My customer now tests TPSI3052-Q1 with their own PCB using 3-wire mode.
While test they found that there is some burst waveform on the initial startup. Please see the waveform below.
Yellow : P8(VDRV), Pink : P7(VDDH)
Because of this burst voltage, my customer worry about IGBT defecting.
And they found/checked that using external LDO in 2-wire mode, this burst is not observed.
But the problem is PCB space and additional price for external LDO.
So I want you to check that DESAT function of TPS3133-Q1 can prevent this kind of burst voltage on initial startup.
If it can, my customer will test more with TPS3133-Q1.
