TPS6594-Q1: PMIC wd questions

Referring to Figure 8-27 in the TPS6594 Data sheet and using the nomenclature it presents:

Window1 - Answer3, Answer2, Answer1

Window2 - Answer0

WD_FAIL_CNT would increment by 1 and only increments by 1 per bad Window-1 + Window-2 period. It doesn't matter if 3 bad answers are sent or 1 bad answer. Conversely, WD_FAIL_CNT only decrements per good Window-1+Window-2 period.
