Hi,

We have installed EVM2300 SW from TI website to evaluate bq20z45-R1 on a PC with Windows 7 32-bit Operating System.

The SW cannot communicate with the device on TI Eval board.
In "Devices and Printers" screen of our PC, we see TI USB bq80xx Driver with the Word "Unspecified" on Top.

Do we need to have a USB driver that is meant for  Windows 7 32-bit Operating System?

If so, can we have a link?
